Agenda

In our training programs, we bring together our volunteers who want to take part in our projects for disadvantaged children, and expert academics and experienced field social workers. The training will cover the subjects of childhood development, communication and group projects with the refugee children, trauma and its effects in children, compliance problems, field study examples that are done with refugee children, immigration, refugee experience and rights, and volunteer responsibility. We hope the training will contribute to volunteer understanding and practice.

The training we organized as part of the Affinity Project is public to all volunteers aged 18 and over who want to understand children better and are interested in the field, and free and limited to quota. It is mandatory to fill the application form for participation.

The training will be held between 09:30 and 17:00 on both October 3rd and 4th online via Zoom application. Entrance information about the training will be sent to those who have registered in the training via text message. A certificate of participation will be sent by e-mail to the volunteers who participate in the entire training.
